Data Collected

Zentivo does not require personal identifiers such as name, address, or contact lists. Saved Wi-Fi credentials remain on your device and are never transmitted. QR codes are generated locally; no copy is stored on our servers. Monitoring and analysis features gather technical details such as SSID, signal strength, and security protocol, strictly for your on-device display. Nearby hotspot discovery relies on system-level scans performed by your device; Zentivo does not track location history or retain scan results after display.

Non-Personal Information

Diagnostics like device model, OS version, crash logs, and anonymous usage statistics may be collected to improve stability and design.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. Service providers may process limited diagnostics on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.

Security

Encryption, restricted access, and routine audits protect information. Still, no technology is flawless, and risks inherent to wireless communication remain. Zentivo is not directed to children under 16.

Retention

Diagnostic data is retained only as long as necessary and then anonymized or deleted.
